 Show Horse & Pony Rules 2023

  1. All horse exhibitors must be onsite prior to 10am on show day
  2. The Iverk show will endeavour to keep to the listed times.  The show or its stewards will not be responsible if classes do not start at the allotted times for whatever reasons.
  3. Please be aware of pedestrian traffic at all times while moving horses through the showfield.

Irish Pony Foal Qualifier 2023
Rules

  1. Competing Foal must have Dam present. 
  2. The Dam does not have to be present at the Final.
  3. Foal must have covering Cert if not chipped and MUST have or obtain an IRISH passport for the Final.  The Foal must have absolutely NO horse blood for at least 4 generations back on the Dam and Sire sides. 
  4. The Foal and Mare must be lead individually. 
  5. Foals may enter as often as they wish and at any of the Regional Qualifiers.
  6. Foals must be old enough to travel in respect of welfare. 
  7. Foals should not finish over pony size on maturity. i.e 148cm (this decision will be entirely up to the Judge on the day. 
  8. 1 filly and 1 colt will be chosen at each qualifier.  If however the standard in not acceptable either only fillies or only colts may qualify for the final on the day

Final will be held in Mullingar Equestrian Centre, October 22nd  2023

Reserve Champion - €50.
